1. How do I place an order?
You can either build your gang sheet using our online builder or upload your ready-to-print file. Once submitted, your order goes directly into production.
2. Do you edit or fix my artwork?
No. We print exactly what you upload.
Make sure your file is sized correctly, high resolution, and ready to print before submitting.
3. What file format should I use?
PNG is preferred (300 DPI with transparent background).
We also accept PDF, AI, and EPS files.
4. What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is multiple designs placed on one sheet to maximize space and reduce cost. You control the layout, sizing, and spacing.
5. How fast is your turnaround?
We offer fast production with same-day printing available depending on cutoff time and order volume.
6. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush service prioritizes your order for faster production. This must be added at checkout and is based on availability.
7. Do you have minimum order requirements?
No minimums. You can order one sheet or scale to bulk quantities.
8. What surfaces can I use DTF and UV DTF on?
DTF transfers are for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.).
UV DTF transfers are for hard surfaces (cups, glass, plastic, metal).
