Welcome to The Custom Closet. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

General Terms

By accessing or ordering from The Custom Closet, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission to place an order
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You agree to follow all policies outlined on this website

Custom Order Agreement

All products are custom-made to order, including:

  • DTF transfers
  • UV DTF transfers
  • Gang sheets
  • Custom apparel

👉 Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Artwork Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all files submitted.

By uploading artwork, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the design
  • Your file is print-ready and sized correctly
  • All spelling, alignment, and layout are accurate

👉 We print exactly what you upload.
We do not edit, resize, or correct files.

File Quality & Print Results

  • Low-resolution files will result in low-quality prints
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
  • Transparent backgrounds must be properly prepared

👉 The Custom Closet is not responsible for issues caused by poor file quality or incorrect setup.

Production & Turnaround

  • Production times depend on order volume and cutoff times
  • Same-day printing is available based on submission time and capacity
  • Rush orders must be selected and are subject to availability

👉 Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

Heat Press & Application Responsibility

Proper application is the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or timing
  • Improper equipment use
  • Application errors

👉 Follow our Heat Press Instructions for best results.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages
  • Shipping times are controlled by the carrier, not us

We will assist with claims when necessary, but delivery issues are outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Reprints

All sales are final.

Reprints or replacements are only issued if:

  • A confirmed production error is made by us

We do not cover:

  • Customer file errors
  • Incorrect sizing or layout
  • Application mistakes

Limitation of Liability

The Custom Closet is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profit, or use
  • Errors resulting from customer-submitted files

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that:

  • Contains inappropriate or illegal content
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Cannot be produced to our standards

Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
