At The Custom Closet, all products are custom-made. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders – Final Sale
All DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom apparel are made to order.
👉 All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
Damages & Production Errors
If there is an issue with your order due to a production error or defect, we will make it right.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order details
Once reviewed, we will determine if a reprint or replacement is required.
What Is NOT Covered
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect file uploads (size, resolution, layout)
- Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
- Low-quality artwork
- Improper heat press application
- Color variation between screen and print
- Failure to follow pressing instructions
👉 We print exactly what you upload.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production
- If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order
Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- A production error is confirmed
- We are unable to replace or correct the issue
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
