File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

To ensure fast production and accurate results, all files must be print-ready before submission.

No resizing. No edits. No corrections unless requested separately.

File Requirements

For best results, your artwork should meet the following:

  • 300 DPI resolution at final print size
  • PNG format preferred (transparent background if needed)
  • Accepted formats: PNG, PDF, AI, EPS
  • Colors set in RGB (sRGB recommended)
  • Text converted to outlines (for vector files)

👉 Low-quality or incorrectly sized files will print as submitted.

Sizing Your Artwork

  • You must size your artwork or gang sheet exactly how you want it printed
  • Measure your design before uploading
  • Do not rely on resizing after submission

👉 If your file is too small, it will print small
👉 If your file is too large, it will print large

Gang Sheet Setup

When building or uploading a gang sheet:

  • Arrange designs to maximize space
  • Maintain proper spacing between designs
  • Keep designs within the sheet boundaries
  • Double-check alignment and layout

👉 We do not adjust layout, spacing, or positioning

Transparent Backgrounds

  • Use transparent backgrounds for clean edges
  • Remove all unwanted pixels or backgrounds
  • Avoid semi-transparent areas unless intentional

👉 Hidden backgrounds will print

Color & Print Expectations

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
  • Bright, saturated colors produce the best results
  • Avoid extremely low-opacity elements

👉 What you see is what will print — within print limitations

Line Thickness & Detail

  • Avoid extremely thin lines (may not transfer properly)
  • Ensure small details are clear and readable
  • Use high-resolution artwork to maintain sharpness

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Uploading low-resolution images
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Backgrounds not removed
  • Overlapping designs on gang sheets
  • Poor spacing between elements
